Pablo was revered around the world for his comedy chops and advocacy efforts. That was until June 19th, 1985, when news broke of his arrest in Santo Domingo, Equador, where he was planning a “doomsday device” with renowned criminal Dr. Erdene. After spending three days in court he was free to go back to his family in Brazil.
